Exquisite Treats by Jay LLC, based in Charlotte, NC, was established in 2017 and is owned and operated by Chef J’Quan Robinson, also known as Chef Jay. Originally from Orangeburg, SC, Chef Jay comes from a large family where cooking was at the heart of bringing people together, sparking his passion at an early age. Starting at just 8 years old, he has spent years perfecting his craft in both cooking and baking.

Today, Exquisite Treats by Jay specializes in elevated comfort food and handcrafted baked goods, offering exceptional catering services and private dining experiences that create lasting memories for every guest.

Driven by a deeper purpose beyond the kitchen, Chef Jay is also the founder of the B.R.I.D.G.E. Foundation, an initiative focused on Building Restoration Into Development, Growth & Employment. Through this program, he is committed to creating second chances by providing culinary training, life skills, and opportunities for individuals looking to rebuild and grow.
