The B.R.I.D.G.E. Foundation is dedicated to empowering individuals returning from incarceration by providing structured workforce training, culinary education, and industry-recognized certification opportunities. Through mentorship, professional development, and hands on restaurant training, the foundation helps participants develop the discipline, confidence, and technical skills necessary to build sustainable careers in the hospitality industry. The foundation seeks to reduce barriers to employment, strengthen workforce development in the community, and create pathways for individuals to rebuild their lives through meaningful work.

Program Overview
